Although I could not physically be there for NYFW this September, I was just as much in the front row as all of you lovelies… from the comfort of my home, glass of wine in hand! This year, the Spring 17 shows were nothing short of exciting. From neon colors, to bohemian influences, lace embellishments and western flares, there was enough beauty in NYFW to make me want to jump jump past winter and straight to next spring. Because these trends were so amazing, I have recapped my favorites below as well as links to how you can shop these trends early + bring them into your fall wardrobe!

Trend: Off Shoulder

I literally could not be more excited that the off the shoulder trend continues next Spring 17. It was by far one of my favorite emerging trends for spring 16. When I saw runway after runway with off the shoulder looks appear I could.not.stop.smiling. PS. This is the perfect time to bring up that my new favorite emerging designer is Caroline Constas, if you don’t know her, you have to swoop up one of her amazing pieces.

Trend: Western Wear

There was no shortage of trendy cowgirls channelling edgy southern belles at NYFW this year. Being that my family now lives in Texas, I am all for adding southern flare into my wardrobe. Adding a jacquard jacket, studded suede piece, or embellished denim to your wardrobe is the perfect yet subtle way to incorporate the perfect touch of western wear.

Trend: Novelty Tops

Novelty tops have been trending for a while now, but they are getting even more dramatic for Spring 17 [oh the drama!]. Add a new deconstructed cotton blouse into your wardrobe for fall now + layer it with an amazing cropped sweater to transition perfectly into winter.

Liquid Shine

Liquid metallics, literally could be one of my favorite things… or at least any accents of metallics. You do not have to fully wear metallics head to toe, but a metallic accent is the perfect way to make a chic, yet bold statement. My favorite metallic trend right now is the metallic pleat skirt.
