Juicing + smoothies are all the rage right now. My secret to amazing smoothies: The Nutribullet. This baby is easy to use and so convenient for on the go juices [the blender containers even have lids to make them portable!] There are many delicious smoothies to make, but there is one that is the perfect combo to keep me full for hours.


1 Bunch of Kale [removed from the stem]

1 cup of Berries [I prefer blueberries, blackberries]

1/2 Banana

A handful of Walnuts

A handful of Sunflower Seeds

1 tbsp chia and/or flaxseeds

1 scoop of protein [I recommend RAW Protein by Garden of Life]

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup water
