The ultimate healthy snack: Kale chips! Kale is full of nutrients including Vitamin K, A, B6, and more. I literally cannot get enough of these crunchy delicious chips. Also, they are so easy to make at home so now you can save $$ by making them yourself!
Two Handfuls of Kale
Seasonings [of your choice]
First, wash the kale thoroughly in a strainer. Next, separate the kale from the stems and divide into smaller leaves. Heat the oven to 315 degrees F. Place the kale on a flat cooking pan + sprinkle with olive oil [make sure each leave has a bit of oil on it!…this will make it crispy]. Lastly, add a touch of sea salt + a sprinkling of your other favorite seasonings [I choose onion + garlic powder as well as lemon pepper]. Place the kale in the oven for 12 minutes or until kale is perfectly crispy, you will see the edges start to brown.
Voilà, now you have an easy delicious snack that is filled with nutrients!
